What is the event about
A 5.7km family orientated run/walk to commemorate Singapore’s 57th birthday. Passing through various historical landmarks and ending off with a wonderful experience at Singapore Discovery Centre. The charity organisation MINDS (Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore) will be our official charitable beneficiary.
Rediscover Singapore on a 5.7km journey through Yunnan Park, SAFTI MI, Singapore Discovery Centre, and more. It is a mixture of important military, historical and green landmarks.
Immerse in a fully sensorial self-guided Eco Tour at Singapore Discovery Centre right after, soaking in breathtaking views of floating solar panels and exploring varieties of herbs and greens at the Urban Garden. A tantalising food bazaar also awaits.
Our friends from MINDS will be enroute rooting for everyone as we raise funds in support of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs).
Donations made will go towards the development of MINDS’ programmes and services, which serve to empower every individual with special needs and their families, enabling them to participate as fully as possible in society. Let’s galvanise Singaporeans to play an active role in building a more inclusive Singapore.

About MINDS
The Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) was established in 1962 by a group of philanthropists to provide education for children with intellectual disabilities. Started with just 26 students in a classroom, MINDS has since grown to be one of the largest social service agencies in Singapore, caring for over 3,500 persons with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs) and their families.
Commemorating MINDS60 (CM60) Campaign
MINDS turns 60 this year! As we celebrate this important milestone and pay tribute to all our partners who have walked alongside us to empower and enhance the quality of life of PWIDs and their families, we hope it also marks the start of true and sustainable social inclusiveness in Singapore.
As part of our anniversary celebrations, we also embarked on the CM60 campaign to engage and educate our stakeholders and motivate them to play a more active role in building an inclusive Singapore. Through this campaign, we hope to showcase the gifts and talents of PWIDs and convey the message that PWIDs are very much a part of our community and when given an opportunity, they too can make a useful contribution to society.
